Had 4 day stay. Booking in was easy, friendly . Outside was average but very happy when we opened the door. Bathroom modern enough, room decent size, wifi good. Bed comfortable and warm. Although close to road we couldn't hear any traffic noice inside.

Last minute decision to stay here when Robe & Kingston SE were booked out. The staff were friendly & helpful. We got the deluxe queen room for $114. It was spotlessly clean and well presented. Queen bed, leather couch, big TV, large bench/desk. BBQ available and unheated pool.

New owners are working hard on renovating the place. They are very friendly and helpful. Great value for money and nice pool. Good BBQ area. All bed linen seems to be brand new. Definitely a work in progress but if you are after a clean and quiet comfortable affordable place, you can’t go wrong here. Ben and his wife will look after you well.

The room was surprisingly nice. Clean, new, and thoughtful. It looks like it's gradually being improved with new linen, furniture, some appliances, new shower door and basin despite old tiles so it feels like owners are putting love and money earned back into the place. Ben was lovely and has a family ownerships vibe to it.

It was lovely location. Comfy bed and clean rooms. There was a pool and bbq area too. We didn’t use them but looked good. Location was close to eatery and shopping stores. Only thing I suggest is Microwave replacement on the room we stayed as it looked on its way out.

When I booked this I was just looking for close to the hospital, the manager knew my husband was having an operation. Yeah OK it looks tired BUT the room was clean, the bed comfortable, the shower was hard and hot and the staff lovely, …

Building looks dated from the outside with an older looking brick veneer but you will be more than pleasantly surprised with the rooms. Beautiful, well set and spacious. Comfy beds with quality linen. Ensuite (clean and good size) and a small area with a kettle, toaster, microwave and bar fridge supplied. 2 seater couch and long desk area provided other seating options.

Lovely motel accommodation and easy to find on the main road. Very polite staff at check in and room has plenty of space and all expected facilities. Large TV, kettle, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, good sized cups, microwave, lots of bench space and a two seater couch. Didn't use the pool, but it sits in the centre of the complex. Queen superior room.

Lets be clear this is a budget hotel, at the time of booking Sandpipers was $60 a night cheaper than the 3 star place I normally stay at in Naracoorte. Budget yes so it looks a bit daggy outside but inside is spacious, has a lounge and table, a place to eat, tv that's tuned in, the most comfortable bed and clean linen, is it immaculate no, its clean and tidy and has no unpleasant smells. The carpets are clean as are the bathroom and toilet. The best thing about this place other than the comfy bed is the peace and quiet, can literally hear nothing except for the occasional bird tweeting, I had a very good sleep here! Yes its outdated and daggy outside but bang for buck this place is brilliant! *Take care in booking though as the cheapest rooms only have double beds which can be too short for anyone close to or over 6ft. I got the queen room so no issues. Had a great sleep and thought the place was great value for money!

Very beautiful location rooms kept neat and clean the service is good my family enjoyed there stay thought that staff where ever so polite and they recommended them. Meals where very great also beverages tea coffee and cold drinks water
